Points are earnt every time you scan your loyalty application when you make purchases.  In order to do this, our point of sale systems captures the details of your loyalty application purchases.  It also captures the occasions when you use this loyalty application to redeem points to get money off or earn other promotion type offers linked to the loyalty programme.  We retain this purchaser and redemption data in order to allocate the points you have earned and used.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

1. To operate this loyalty application, such as providing our services associated with benefits, including the allocation of points to your loyalty account from qualifying purchases that you make.
2. To provide you with the information about your loyalty account which you may be interested in – Calculate and communicate the number of points on your loyalty account or how far through completing a stamp card you are.

DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER COMPANIES OR ORGANISATIONS

We may share your information with the third party companies involved in providing and supporting this loyalty application should any queries be made by you on your loyalty account or any issue occur within the loyalty system that requires remedial attention.
